1. We do not offer refunds in cash or any other payment method.
2. Products can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that:
• The product is in its original condition, unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.
• The customer assumes the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
3. Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, bikinis or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at help@pilucabayarri.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review the case and proceed with a replacement if applicable.
