Refund and Return Policy

At Piluca Bayarri Ibiza, we strive to offer products of the highest quality and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. However, due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our products, the following policies apply:

Exchanges and Returns

• We do not offer refunds in cash, card, or any other payment method.

• Products purchased can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer must cover any price difference if the new product has a higher cost.

• To request an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for bikinis or swimwear due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer service team at help@pilucabayarri.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

2. Shipping costs associated with the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will contact you to select the new item.

Defective Items

If the product received has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the first 7 days after receiving the order. Our team will review the case, and if applicable, the item will be replaced at no additional cost.

Note: Piluca Bayarri Ibiza reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.
